How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double check your order including the address and sizing before you make your purchase.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Melanin Mom Co within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK mail. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled:

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
How long is the processing time?
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. If you placed an order during the weekend, processing will start MONDAY.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We deliver via USPS First Class and Priority.
Once you received your tracking number you may visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier's website.
Do you refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you require a signature?
Yes, orders $100+ will require a signature when delievered.
