How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double check your order including the address and sizing before you make your purchase. Please make sure your shipping information is correct, WE ARE NOT responsible for incorrect shipping information nor will we be responsible for replacing or exchanging the item(s) because of incorrect shipping information.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Melanin Mom Co within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK mail. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. To check your orders, log into your Melanin Mom Co account and select the "My Orders" option to review your order history. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact us at with the subject "Order Confirmation"

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled: 1. The item(s) sold out 2. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. *NOTE: If your order is canceled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order's cancellation.

Final Sale Items

ALL items are currently final sale and cannot be returned. *Due to the beginning stages of Melanin Mom Co and COVID-19, we are unable to offer refunds and returns. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us at or text us at (678)667-1028. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.


How long is the processing time?

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and then shipped. If you placed an order during the weekend, processing will start MONDAY.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We deliver via USPS First Class and Priority. Domestic standard shipping 3-7 business days *ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPPED M-F


Once you received your tracking number you may visit and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier's website. Please note that Melanin Mom Co is not responsible for any delayed merchandise once USPS has accepted your order.

Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you require a signature?

Yes, orders $100+ will require a signature when delievered.
